CAN I PURCHASE MY JEWELRY IN MY COUNTRY'S CURRENCY?
A.: Absolutely. You can buy your product in any currency of your choice if you are using PayPal or any other method of payment recognized internationally. The system will show you the price conversion value of the item you have selected at checkout. The base currency is the USD because the majority of our customers are based in the USA and all our business partners require payment in US currency, the most widely accepted currency around the world.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse packs your goods and ships them as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order. You may also come back to our website at any time and visit our Order Status page to find the real-time updates of your shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number or any updates from our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately for a quick follow up or investigation.
Our order lookup page allows searching your order status using your email and the order confirmation number.
We gave you the second page on our storefront to check your order status. If you think that the 4 weeks delivery time has expired, please contact us for investigation.
HOW LONG DOES THE SHIPPING & HANDLING TAKE?
We know how difficult it is to wait for your package or to answer emails about delivery time. We select the shipping company based on the price you have paid. Expensive items tend to enjoy a faster shipping service.
Our warehouses are located around the world. As soon as your order shows up as "paid" on our screens, it is electronically fulfilled and sent out for delivery.

For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 14 to 21 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days to receive your package. If you are located in Canada, the shipping company will still require 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Kirijewels does not keep inventory at its main office. As soon as we receive your payment, we contact our suppliers around the world and the supplier selected will drop ship the product straight to your home address. Orders outside the USA tend to have a longer delivery time.
However, if you are willing to pay for a faster shipping service, you can expect your product in less than 5 days in North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.

CAN I EDIT MY ORDER BEFORE SUBMISSION?
The checkout screen allows you to enter your payment information and when you scroll down to the very bottom left of the screen, you see a highlighted button (call to action"pay now). Don't click that one but the one on the left. It says"Return to shipping method". Click on it 3 times and it will take you to the cart. There you can edit your cart as you wish. For a quick access, just click the cart menu at the top left of the screen. You will see the image, product name, price, quantity, total price and next to total price, you hit the X letter to remove the product you don't want. Then you continue to checkout again. No one else can remove the product from your cart for you.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER SUBMISSION?
Yes! You may cancel your order but make sure you want to proceed before you decide to make your payment.
We understand that you may want to change your mind after you make your payment. In this case, please send immediately a text message to telephone 1-647-214-2358 for cancellation. We need your order confirmation number and the reason for cancellation.
Due to the high order volume, we have installed an electronic fulfillment system and if we receive your message after the package is sent out, we will not be able to cancel the order for you.
Our clients want faster delivery and we need to send the package as soon as possible to save time on delivery as well.
IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used one-time only upon purchasing your product. Then your credit card information will be purged and destroyed.
HOW DO I ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Simply find the product you'd like to purchase and click the blue "Add To Cart" button. Even if the item shows "out of stock" notification, just fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!
CAN I ORDER A PRODUCT SHOWING O INVENTORY IN STOCK?
Absolutely! Please go ahead and submit your order as normal. We will find the product and send it to you as if it was already in stock.
DOES KIRIJEWELS PROVIDE A QUALITY GUARANTEE FOR ALL THE PRODUCTS BEING SOLD?
A: Absolutely! The quality of the product is guaranteed based on the price you are willing to pay. We have introduced the Made In The USA collection for women who are looking for high-end products. We have created partnerships with many different suppliers to get the best from everyone for you.
If you are not happy with your product or find damages to it, please contact us immediately! Provide your order confirmation number, a picture of the damaged product and circle the damaged area. No need to return the item. We will do all it takes to ensure your best shopping experience. In this case, as per your request, you either get a refund or a new package in the mail.
DO YOU OFFER A REFUND IF I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT?
Absolutely! We offer a full refund on your order if you received a wrong or damaged product. Simply visit our refund policy page for complete details.
If you prefer a replacement for the lost or damaged item, we will be glad to send it to the comfort of your home at no extra cost to you. Keep the damaged item or give it to recycling companies as sending it back to us will cost you more than buying a new product. Just send us a picture of the damage. We do not provide any return labels.
Please note: When you request a free gift and pay the shipping fee, that fee is not refundable if the package has been delivered to you.
WHY IS YOUR SHIPPING TOO HIGH?
Shipping rates vary from $2.95 per purchased item to $ 9.95 per regular free gifts. If you purchase your product, you pay $2.95 only for shipping.
In most cases, we offer FREE shipping to buyers. When you buy more products, you get a special rate based on the type of products you have selected. Even If you buy one product and still think that $.2.95 is still too high for you, just let us know and we will scrap it for you. You may also enter"free shipping" in the search menu to display a multitude of products with a FREE shipping service. When you buy any of our new products, you enjoy a free shipping service.

There is no free shipping for free gifts($0.01)! When you select more than one free gift, the shipping charge will be calculated per product because those products come from different suppliers around the world and can't be sent in a single package. If you see a free gift and you love it, simply remove the word"free" and search the rest of the product name in the search menu.
If you live in countries that collect Provincial (State) and/or Federal Tax, that amount is added to your purchase price at checkout but has nothing to do with shipping charges.
WHY DON'T YOU PUT ALL MY PRODUCTS IN ONE PACKAGE TO SAVE ON SHIPPING?
If you buy products of the same nature, we will do so. However, there are products that are not supposed to be sent in the same package. There are also products that come from different suppliers around the world and therefore, can't be sent in a single package.

We give away free products to help you know us and our products better and purchase later. We also hope that you will tell a friend. Most of our products are currently selling at half price plus FREE shipping.
Every month, we have a system generated discount coupon codes. Some are displayed on our website for you to use at checkout. If you prefer something else, before making your purchase, just ask for your discount coupon code that may range from 10% to 70% off the original price.

DO YOU SEND ORDER UPDATES BY EMAIL?
We always make sure that you have your order confirmation number. This is your proof of purchase and the key to access your file. You need to make sure that the email email@example.com has been white-listed to send you messages first.
