No star is an option?! I had to fight for the product that I ordered with some sorry excuse of, the collection from the US was chosen in place of what I actually ordered. Don’t confirm the product with the customer and send what you feel like sending because you don’t have it. They request the customer PAY FOR THE SHIPPING, to return the incorrect cheap product that they sent. If they didn’t have what I originally ordered, then my money back should have been an alternative. I’m yet to find 925 for sterling silver on the product that was advertised. I’m so happy I used PayPal so they could watch the exchange of conversation. Also, I kept all receipts and pictures of the actual product that I ordered and they confirmed. They asked if I wanted the alternative. I said, no thank you. They send it anyway. This company is trash. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and their jewelry is cheap with high price tags!! Horrible!!!
